SPA-PAP2T
Assumptions:
Network is DHCP based. (devices connected to the network, automatically obtains an IP address)
The device is connected to a network switch, or a router that has multiple LAN connections.
There is a computer that is connected to the same switch or router that the device is using.
Let’s reset and resynchronize the phone configurations. Below are the detailed steps.
Step 1:
Plug in the ethernet cable into the blue "INTERNET" port on the device, on one end, and to a switch or router on the other end.
Plug in the power adapter.
Plug in the phone into the "PHONE 1" port on the device
Step 2:
We can reset the phone
Press **** on the dial pad of the phone connected to your PAP2T ATA device
When you will hear a voice prompt instructing you to enter an option, press 73738 followed by the pound (#) sign.
Enter 1 to reset the phone.
Hang up the phone and complete power cycle (unpower PAP2T and power back in)
Step 3:
Connect your computer and phone to be on the same network, i.e. The same IP format with only the last digits different between phone and computer
Step 4:
To get the IP Address of the device in order to invoke the Web Configuration page:
Dial "****" (press star key four times) on the phone to get voice instructions.
Dial "110", followed by a "#", on the phone to get the IP address of the device announced.
Note the current PhoneIP
Step 5:
On the computer, invoke a web browser and enter the IP address obtained from previous step as the URL. e.g. http://123.223.323.423
Step 6:
Copy the MAC address from the Product info section
Step 7:
Open another internet explorer browser to http://byod.sednanow.com, you will see a configuration page
Step 8:
Paste the MAC address
Enter the IP of the phone.
Final Step:
Click on Submit and your phone will reboot with your company information.
